How to actually make lemon water

  • ½ Fresh lemon (you need the juice)
  • Water (warm or cold or hot, depends on your preference). I love it luke warm so I usually do about ¼ cup cold water, and 1/3 cup of boiling water.
  • Fresh ginger root (totally optional), and depending on what you want in it, you can add fresh mint to it.


Squeeze your organic fresh lemon to a glass, and add water to it. Stir and drink.


If you want ginger to it, cut ½ an inch of ginger, chop and add to the mixture. Furthermore, if you want fresh mint, add a leaf of organic fresh mint to the lemon water.
